Please contact us with any questions and/or suggestions.  To do so, choose the title of the person you want to Send To in the Select section.
Fill out the Your Name, Your Email, and How Can We Help You? sections. (All other sections maybe left blank)  Your address and phone are optional.
Press Submit at the bottom of the page.
 
New Homeowners
If you are a new resident in Oakland Farm please register your contact information with the Homeowners Association by filling out all appropriate sections of the form below. For  the “Send To” option choose New Homeowner Welcome Folder.  (You may leave the “How can we help you?" box blank unless you have a specific question you want addressed.)
 
Once your residence ownership has been verified by the HOA Board your information will be entered into the OF database.  You will then be able to create a login for access to the homeowner sections of the Oakland Farm Website.  You will also receive a "New Homeowner Welcome Folder" delivered to your email.  This email will contain important subdivision information including links to the complete Deed Restrictions and Bylaws and the latest edition of the subdivision directory, Neighbors.
