VP Painting and Repairs
VP PAINTING AND REPAIRS recently placed fliers in our mailboxes. We hired this company to paint our house a few years ago, and Vince, the owner, broke a crank on one of our windows and completely destroyed a screen on another window. We paid him in full when he personally promised to reimburse us for the damage, provided that we submit a copy of the repair invoice to him. I sent the copy of the repair charges to him and called him, but he never reimbursed us or returned my calls. Hire this company at your own risk.

Rust Remover
National Exteriors, in Auburn Hills, removed the rust from the rocks on the north side of Rochester Road. I have used a product called Rid O' Rust to remove rust from bricks, cement, etc. It comes in a gallon container. Contact Gretchen B. for more info.

Lawn Service
Marino's lawn service....I had then all last year and they were great....best price of anyone around...$25.00 per week last year....cut trim edge and clean each week...if you call for an estimate mention my name ...their number 586-703-4521.
